How it's built

Tank & piston
- Volume
- 12.8 m³ water and/or sludge, approved for 98% vacuum with 0.5 bar of positive pressure.
- Moveable piston
- Manual and automatic controls, three locking positions between the water and sludge compartments, manhole built into the piston.
- Air-gasket
- A pressurised rubber-tyre-style gasket stops cross-contamination between compartments and moves automatically with the piston.
- Back door
- Fully hydraulic, opens completely. Hydraulic double overcenter valves fitted as standard.
- Ball valves
- 1 x 4" top suction and 1 x 6" bottom suction, both pneumatically operated, with a stone/debris trap on the top inlet.
- Slops tray & material
- 304 stainless steel tray; tank built from 8 mm P265GH boiler plate steel, rated for 20+ years.
Jetting & vacuum pumps
High-pressure jetting — URACA KD718G
- Capacity
- 333 l/min at 170 bar (103 kW)
- Hose reels
- 200 m x 1" thermoplastic, plus 50 m x ¾" and 60 m x ½" black rubber
- Protection
- Automatic shut-off at minimum tank water level
Vacuum — Jurop PVT 400
- Capacity
- 43,300 l/min at 93% vacuum (100 kW), max 98%
- Type
- Oil-free, environmentally friendly
- Protection
- Two float valves plus an in-line filter, 4"/5" piping
Cassette & hose arm
- Cassette tray
- Anodized aluminium, hydraulic roller system, takes 4" or 5" hose with smooth U-curve extraction.
- Hose depth
- Lowers to 10 m, couplings on both ends for extensions.
- Telescopic arm
- 4"–6" hose, fully hydraulic, local or remote control, independent of the main drum.
- Reach
- 3 m extension, 2 m vertical lift, 220° operating zone.

Webasto Thermo Pro 90 diesel heater, 9 kW, keeps the jetting circulation from freezing.
