Manufacturing Powerhouse

The heart of Revive production and innovation

Building One

MANUFACTURING & GLOBAL HQ

Home to Revive's global headquarters and the production line for new Warrior units. A fully off-grid facility powered by solar energy and supported by an HVO (Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil) generator — the first of six sites planned across Revive Eco Park.

  • New Warrior manufacturing
  • Global headquarters
  • 100% off-grid operations (solar + HVO backup)

The Turnpike

REFURBISHMENT CENTRE

The home of the Revive Refurbishment Programme — rebuilding used units such as J. Hvidtved Larsen vehicles to an as-new standard. Each unit undergoes full inspection, tank refurbishment, and system upgrades before being remounted on a new Scania chassis.

  • Full tank refurbishment & painting
  • Vacuum, jetting & hydraulic upgrades
  • Electronics & cabinet systems
  • New Scania chassis remount

Sustainability in Action

Verified by Rowan Engineering Consultants (rec.ie)

Solar Power

68 solar panels installed on site, generating approximately 21,600 kWh per annum - delivering clean energy and self-sufficiency for our manufacturing and restoration operations.

Battery & HVO Backup

A 200 kWh on-site battery storage system can power the site for up to half a day. Electricity is supplemented by HVO (Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil) generators where required - a renewable diesel substitute made from waste vegetable oils and animal fats.

Decarbonising Zone

Revive Eco Park is located at the geographic centre of the Mid-Tipperary Decarbonising Zone - a regional initiative launched in 2021 covering residential, commercial, transport, and agricultural emissions.

Off-Grid Commitment

Revive implements the following sustainability initiatives as part of our off-grid manufacturing commitment at Revive Eco Park - independently verified by Rowan Engineering Consultants (rec.ie).

Electricity — Solar

68 solar panels installed on site, generating approximately 21,600 kWh per annum.

Battery Storage

200 kWh capacity battery storage on site, with the capability to power the facility for up to half a day.

HVO Powered Generator

Electricity supply to the production facility is supplemented by HVO powered generators where required. HVO is a renewable diesel substitute made from waste vegetable oils and animal fats.

Carbon Emission Savings

Our on-site electricity generation saves approximately 24 tonnes of carbon emissions per year.

Water & Wastewater

No water grid connection to the site — two wells on site. We operate an on-site wastewater treatment system.

ISO 14001

The Revive Group is currently progressing towards ISO 14001 as part of its ongoing commitment to deliver best practice in environmental management.

EV Charging

Revive holds a fleet of fully electric company vehicles that are charged on-site.

Social Impact

Community & Growth

Revive Eco Park is designed to host a community of like-minded businesses and organisations at the National Bioeconomy Campus, Lisheen Mine. The Park acts as a catalyst for local job creation and positions the region as an exporter of Irish-manufactured products to a global audience. Six sites are planned across the campus, with Building One fully operational since 2025.

Independent Verification
“Rowan are delighted to have collaborated with Revive on their green credentials. The Revive Eco Park is truly off-grid utilising solar and HVO generation. The circular business model that Revive have developed for their sewer cleaning vehicles, the Revive Warrior, is a very positive step in the decarbonisation of the waste water sector.”
