Over a 40-year lifecycle, an estimated 20 tonnes of steel are saved and reused from the tank alone. On average, 1.9 tonnes of CO₂ are emitted for every tonne of virgin steel produced — making reuse a direct carbon saving.
Over 40 years, the Revive Warrior generates 43.8% fewer carbon emissions from purchased goods and raw materials compared to a standard truck — and 52.1% lower emissions at end-of-life treatment.

Utilization of Jurop PVT 400 vacuum pumps. Unlike traditional pumps, these are oil-free, eliminating the risk of environmental contamination during servicing.
Zero Oil Contamination Risk
Revive's patented Compact Recycling Piston creates a closed-loop system that recovers and reuses wastewater during sewer cleaning operations. If just 10 units are deployed daily, the system can save over 210,000 litres of clean water every hour — approximately 1.68 million litres over an 8-hour recycling shift. Retrofittable to existing units with a 1.8m diameter.
