54% Reused by Weight
Approximately 54% of the Revive Warrior's component parts by weight can be directly reused through the Revive Refurbishment Program - significantly decreasing demand for raw materials.
Scope 3 emissions are indirect emissions from across your value chain - sourcing, transport, product usage. By integrating Revive Program and Revive Warrior units into your supply chain, your organisation can directly reduce Scope 3 emissions from purchased goods, fuel activity, and end-of-life treatment.
Approximately 54% of the Revive Warrior's component parts by weight can be directly reused through the Revive Refurbishment Program - significantly decreasing demand for raw materials.
The Revive Warrior is built for 30+ years across up to four operational cycles. The Revive Refurbishment Program reconditions and remounts the backend onto a new chassis - reducing demand for new manufacturing and raw materials.
Over a 40-year lifecycle, an estimated 20 tonnes of steel are saved and reused from the tank alone. On average, 1.9 tonnes of CO₂ are emitted for every tonne of virgin steel produced - making reuse a direct carbon saving.
Over 40 years, the Revive Warrior generates 43.8% fewer carbon emissions from purchased goods and raw materials compared to a standard truck - and 52.1% lower emissions at end-of-life treatment.

539
Carbon saved per Revive Warrior unit at the manufacturing stage compared to a conventional truck - equivalent to 1,918 return flights from Dublin to London Heathrow, or annual emissions of 65 average global citizens.
9.8%
The Revive Warrior produces 1,125 tCO₂e over a 10-year lifespan, versus 1,247 tCO₂e for a standard sewer cleaning truck - a verified 9.8% reduction. Source: Rowan Engineering Consultants Carbon Evaluation.
10.8%
Over four 10-year cycles - 40 years of operation - the Revive Warrior produces 4,446 tCO₂e versus 4,985 tCO₂e for a standard truck: a 10.8% total lifecycle reduction. Source: Rowan Engineering Consultants Carbon Evaluation.
Verified fuel and operational performance advantages over a standard sewer cleaning truck
13%
Across a full year of combined driving and working duty cycles, the Revive Warrior is estimated to be 13% more fuel-efficient per annum than a standard truck.
26%
When working exclusively on site with the pumps running, the estimated efficiency gain rises to 26% over a standard truck - derived from the Revive PTO system.
Integrating Revive assets into your supply chain delivers measurable environmental and procurement advantages - from off-grid manufacturing to public tender scoring.
Revive Eco Park operates off-grid using a combination of on-site renewables and HVO powered generators to provide electricity to the facility. This approach saves almost 25 tonnes of CO₂ per annum.
Integrating Revive assets into supply chains directly affects public tendering outcomes and can contribute up to 10–25% of total award points in sustainability-critical scoring structures.
Engineering proof of our environmental commitment
Utilization of Jurop PVT 400 vacuum pumps. Unlike traditional pumps, these are oil-free, eliminating the risk of environmental contamination during servicing.
Zero Oil Contamination Risk
Revive's patented Compact Recycling Piston creates a closed-loop system that recovers and reuses wastewater during sewer cleaning operations. If just 10 units are deployed daily, the system can save over 200,000 litres of clean water every hour - approximately 1.6 million litres over an 8-hour recycling shift. Retrofittable to existing units with a 1.8m diameter.
